IBCC Attestation (Information & Processing)

IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairmen) was established in 1972 under the Ministry of Education to coordinate among education boards in Pakistan. IBCC is responsible for issuing equivalence certificates for foreign qualifications and attesting educational documents including Matric (SSC), Intermediate (HSSC), and Technical Board Diplomas.

Important IBCC Regional Requirement

IBCC attestation is based on regional board jurisdiction:

• Documents issued in Punjab & KPK must be attested from IBCC Islamabad.

• Documents issued in Sindh must be attested from IBCC Karachi.

• Documents issued in Balochistan must be attested from IBCC Quetta.

Example:
If your Intermediate Certificate is from Lahore, your sealed envelope must be addressed to IBCC Islamabad; otherwise, IBCC Islamabad will not process it.

Intermediate Certificate Attestation (HSSC)

To attest your Intermediate Certificate from IBCC:

1. Visit your respective Board Office.

2. Request Sealed Verification Envelope addressed to IBCC Islamabad.

3. Send us:

   • Sealed Envelope

   • Original Intermediate Certificate

   • Original Matric Certificate

   • Copy of CNIC

Processing Time: 7 Working Days

Matric Certificate Attestation (SSC)

For Matric attestation, the same procedure applies:

1. Visit your Board Office and request the Sealed Verification Envelope.

2. Ensure it is clearly addressed to IBCC Islamabad.

3. Provide:

   • Sealed Envelope

   • Original Matric Certificate / Included in Envelope

   • Copy of CNIC

Processing Time: 7 Working Days

3-Year Technical Diploma Attestation

For Diploma Attestation:

1. Visit your Technical Education Board.

2. Request Sealed Verification Envelope addressed to IBCC Islamabad.

3. Send us:

   • Sealed Envelope

   • Original Diploma Certificate

   • Original Matric Certificate

   • Copy of CNIC
